Wunderschönes Apartment am Strand in S'Illot. Liegt an der Promenade, mit herrlichem, uneingeschränkten Meerblick. Dieses Apartment verfügt über 3 Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Es befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Klimaanlage und Heizung im Wohnbereich sorgen für Ihren Komfort. Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Reservierungen für Gruppen von Jugendlichen unter 21 Jahren werden NICHT akzeptiert. Junggesellenabschiede und/oder Feiern sind NICHT erlaubt. Die Ökosteuer ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und beträgt 2,2 € pro Erwachsenem und Nacht (von Mai bis Oktober) und 1,65 € in den übrigen Monaten.
Tage vor ihrer Ankunft werden die Gäste gebeten, sich mit ihren Pässen zu registrieren.
S'Illot ist ein beliebtes Gebiet für Einheimische und Touristen. Der Touristenort S’illot hat etwa 1.500 Einwohner. Am Dorfeingang befinden sich die Überreste eines talayotischen Dorfes (aus prähistorischer Zeit), in dem ein Interpretationszentrum zur talayotischen Kultur eingerichtet wurde.
In der Gegend gibt es die Sandstrände Cala Moreya und Cala Morlanda, einen Felsstrand. Weiter südlich liegt die kleine Bucht von Ca’n Rafalino und im Norden der weitläufige Strand von Sa Coma.
Es gibt einen Wildbach, der durch eine Straßenbrücke gesichert ist, und eine hölzerne Fußgängerbrücke, die die beiden Teile von S'illot verbindet.
Neben dem schönen Fischerhafen befindet sich eine kleine Insel, die der Gemeinde ihren Namen gibt.
Von S’illot aus empfiehlt sich ein Besuch der Burg Sa Punta de n’Amer, die in einem geschützten Naturgebiet von großem landschaftlichen und ökologischen Wert liegt.

Very nice apartment, well equipped and clean. The outdoor space was excellent for meals and late night drinks with a wonderful sea view.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer! Die Kommunikation war super schnell und einfach. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Everything else was excellent....the view was awesome, the balcony was massive with a 6 chair dining table all made from wicker. The 2 shower rooms were excellent and a godsend as we had 3 kids with us.
The area was great plenty of shops and bars, restaurants, the Antic Restaurant was good to go there for breakfast in the morning, Miguel was fantastic anything we wanted to know he was there and very helpful.

Superbe appartement !Avec une vue magnifique, vous pourrez voir le levé du soleil sur la mer.Deux plages à côté de l’appartement où on s’y rend à pieds.Des commerces tout au tour.Des restaurants parfait pour passer un moment agréable.On a passé de superbe vacances.Merci encore

Muy lindo departamento en una zona hermosa de Mallorca. Terraza frente al mar unica. A 200mts de la playa de Sa Coma, que es espectacular.Lo mejor: la terraza, el AA (fundamental) y la zona.

Nos encantó la casa, increíbles vistas al mar desde una terraza fantástica. A un paso de las playas de Sillot y Sa Coma. Pocos restaurantes y comercios abiertos en la zona, muchos no han abierto porque la mayoría de hoteles de la zona están cerrados (supongo que es por el COVID). Nos gustaría repetir.

When we arrived it was soo easy getting the key and finding the appartment with the instructions given. The appartment had 2 shower rooms so we used one and the other used by the kids . The balcony was big with a 6 chair dinning table and a 2 seater wicker sofa with 2 extra chairs. The view was awesome and breathtaking. The staff were very helpful via what's app. The staff at the antic restaurant were good aswell especially miguel he was my go to person if I needed to know best places to go etc......The appartment does have aircon but only in the lounge the other 3 bedrooms do intend to get a bit warm. The towels were a bit stained so we had to wash then again. In front of the sea, beach in Sa Coma is clean, clear and beautiful only 5 min walk from the appartment

The sea views from the terrace are magnificent. The apartment is very modern and well equipped. You have 2 beaches, Sillot and Sa Coma, less than 500 meters. Apartment is for 6, so I recommend also for families with kids.
