Comfortable house for 6 people decorated in a rustic style. The farm has more than 5,000 m2, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a bathroom outside, in the pool area. Solarium with hammocks and umbrella. Barbecue. Pool table, badminton and children's football set. Ideal for families and those looking for a private home in a rural and quiet environment. The village of Lluchmajor is 5 minutes away by car. WIFI available. Cot and high chair free.
The area is rural and quiet, no noise from the vehicles. Outside there is a fantastic rustic shallow pool and a large garden with cypresses and fruit trees (orange, lemons, figs). It also has several rest areas with sun beds and umbrellas. There is also a playground for children, badminton, a pool table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is WIFI and satellite TV. Cot and high chair for free.
Casa Julia farm is located in a rural and very quiet area. Ideal for families.
The measurements of the pool are 1.65m high and the surface is 3x5 meters.
Pets Allowed upon request. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.22 per kw/h. All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in. Courtesy hydrogel available to our customers.
The house is located 5 kms from Llucmajor, a typical Mallorcan town that is 25 kms from Palma and 15 kms from the wonderful southern beaches (Sa Rapita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.).
Temporary rental for stays of more than 1 month.

Nuestra experiencia en casa Júlia ha sido muy buena. Es una casa muy práctica y hemos estado cómodos. La zona exterior es fantástica para relajarse y la piscina, aunque pequeña, es suficiente para darse un baño y soportar mejor el calor. En resumen, la experiencia ha sido positiva. Volvería a repetir o a recomendar.

Espectacular como siempre. Suelen ser serviciales y cubrir con todas las expectativas, para familias con niños pequeños de 2 a 8 años ha sido excelente, ya hemos ido como 6 veces en estos años.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr gepflegte schöne Anlage auf einem riesigen Gelände. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Formidable séjour pour 5 adultes et un enfant, une maison entièrement équipé. Le terrain est spacieux est dispose de plusieurs coins ombragés et au calme. L'arrivé sur les lieux nous a été parfaitement indiqué. Proche du centre et des centres commerciaux. C'est une maison qui se laisse tenter d'y passer une journée entière de vos vacances. A recommander.

Die Finca Casa Julia ist traumhaft. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen, wenig touristischen Gegend von Mallorca, wenige Kilometer vom Strand entfernt. Sie besitzt einen kleinen Swimmingpool und sehr schöne Terassen mit Blick in die Sterne. Vanessa und Toni haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Wir werden wieder nach Mallorca, vielleicht in diese Finca zurückkommen.

Todo ha estado perfecto. Yo lo único que miraria de arreglar es el tema de los woltios porque en cuanto encendias la vitro y hubiera alguien bañándose y estuviera el calefactor encendido saltaban los plomos. Por todo lo demás espectacular habrá más de una escapada a casa julia si la disponibilidad nos lo permite. Un saludo muy grande

My family and me were delighted with the stay at Casa Julia. Lovely house and great gardens and terraces. My children enjoyed very much with the pool, billiards and so much space for playing, biking...The owner, Jose Angel ,is a charming man who gave us tips to discover the island and was always listening to our needs.
