Cozy cottage for 4 people with large pool and barbecue. Recently renovated. You will enjoy the whole property. Very private and silent. In the middle of nature, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Large gardens, hammocks and several spaces to rest. The house owner takes care of the orchard and chickens, and he's happy to get help from the guests if they wish to get involved. A/C has been installed in the bedrooms for your comfort. There is a fireplace in the living room for the colder months. 2 full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) We have a cot and high chair for free. Parking on the property.
The house is 5 km from the town of Sant Llorenç, about 8000 inhabitants. The town has many services: catering, commerce, public, cultural and sports services. Every Thursday the weekly market is held in the Plaza de la Iglesia. The old train station, recently renovated, is the ideal setting for events such as the Night Fair, concerts, etc. This station is part of the route of the Green Road Manacor-Artá, suitable for hiking and cycling.

Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October) and 1,65€ the rest of the year.

Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
