Wonderful townhouse recently renovated for up to 12 people. You will enjoy the house exclusively. Located in the heart of Lluchmayor, with easy access to the city of Palma by public transport. Private garage on the property. With air conditioning and heating in all rooms, private pool and barbecue. 6 double rooms with air conditioning / heating and bathroom en suite all of them. The house is very spacious and sunny. It has been decorated with taste and all comforts and is well equipped for families: security door for babies, cot and high chair.
House with the CYCLING FRIENDLY label: parking for bicycles, mechanical workshop, map of cycling routes, ideal for cyclists.
NO bookings will be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years of age. Parties and / or celebrations of bachelor parties are not allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at 0.15 € per kw / h.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Alojamiento perfecto para grupos grandes. Enviamos a nuestro grupo de empleados a hospedarse en la casa y quedaron encantados. Tener tantas habitaciones y baños disponibles fue un gran acierto, ya que evitó tener que compartir y les permitió estar muy cómodos. Todos se fueron muy contentos con la experiencia.Además, el equipo que gestiona la propiedad fue muy amable y eficiente, nos facilitaron todos los trámites y estuvieron siempre disponibles para ayudar. ¡Gracias por todo!Lo único que puede ser un poco molesto es el tema de buscar aparcamiento, pero es un problema generalizado en muchas zonas de la isla.

Very spacious accommodation with all the comforts. It is very appreciable to be able to park two vehicles without problems.

When we arrived our host was waiting for us. He took his time for us. We had 2 children with us and they took care of everything. Babybeds, toys everything was there. It was very clean and we could park our car in front of the house and also in the garage if we would. We recomment this house for families and couples. Location was perfect around the corner of the centre of Llucmajor.
