Beautiful townhouse located in the centre the Lluchmayor. Only a few steps away from the city's lively town square, where you can find restaurants, shops, etc...
The house is nicely decorated with antique furniture and has been renovated throughout. On the groundfloor there is a living room, the dinning room, the kitchen, 1 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the dinning room you will access to a shaded outdoor sitting area and the swimming pool. It is a plunge pool, measuring 3 by 3 metres, with a deep end. On the first floor there is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct acces to a sunny terrace with sunbeds. This house has been fitted with all modern comforts. It also offers Satellite TV and WIFI. The house is perfectly equipped for families with babies and children. It has a cot and high chair for free.
The house sits across the road from Saint Michael's church and also a few steps away from the pedestrian high street and square. There is no private parking, but is easy to park on the streeet outside the house. The area is safe and only residents cars go through the street. Please note that parking outide the house is metered (monday to saturday from 09:30 to 20:00h) it is free to park after hours. The metered area finishes at the end of the street, so parking around the corner is free 24/7.
Tourist tax will be charged at 2,2€ per adult and night.
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Nice and clean house in a quiet neighborhood very close to the center, cafes and restaurants. The pool was well maintained and was a great benefit in the heat. Thanks for the fantastic welcome pack on arrival. We definitely recommend Casa Es Born.

Estamos agradecidos con la estancia, la casa muy bonita y cómoda. Sólo algunos comentarios para que tengan en cuenta: la basura ya no se deja en la dirección que me enviaron, sino que se deja en la puerta en diferentes días según el material. El estacionamiento es libre hasta las 9 am no 9;30 como dicen en la publicación. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la peatonal, el barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. La limpieza de la casa excelente, nos recibieron con snacks y café, la casa es muy amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario, incluye toallas, papel, artículos de limpieza. Uno de los ventiladores no funcionaba, pero las habitaciones son super amplias y ventiladas. Quizás el agua de la pileta podría haber estado más limpia, pero disfrutamos mucho la estancia, y volveríamos. Gracias!

La casa en el centro del pueblo,muy espaciosa y agradable. Tiene una piscina, ideal para refrescarse en estos días tan calurosos de verano. Muy recomendable.

La casa perfecta, tiene de todo lo que uno puede necesitar, el anfitrión muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. La piscina perfecta para estas épocas de verano, para refrescarse. Si volvemos a Mallorca seguro repetimos.

Nos encantó la casa, en pleno centro de Llucmajor. Los dormitorios son amplios y hay una pequeña piscina en el patio trasero ideal para refrescarse. Buena relación calidad-precio. Toni nos dio buenos consejos sobre lugares a visitar, restaurantes, etc. Lo recomendamos.

El menaje inicialmente era escaso, echamos de menos cubertería, vasos, jabones, lavavajillas y elementos básicos que siempre resulta útil. La capacidad de respuesta de la inmobiliaria, que nos trajo todos esos elementos, fue muy satisfactoria,comunicación fluida y solución de problemas. En general contentos.

La casa es muy espaciosa, y la recomendaría especialmente para verano, ya que tiene una bonita piscina en la terraza. Las dos personas que llevan la agencia muy atentas en todo momento e hicieron que la comunicación y estancia fuera muy fluida y agradable.

La estancia en Es Born 23 a sido excelente ,la casa es muy acogedora muy bonita amplia y muy bien decorada podría decir que he estado como en mi casa o mejor ,tiene todas las necesidades cubiertas no falta nada hemos estado muy bien excelente en todos los sentidos nos trajeron un detalle de bienvenida un pastel típico de palma de mallorca etc.. la atención excelente gente muy amable muy buenas personas el trato a sido muy afable y cariñoso ....muy muy buena gente tanto los dueños como la agencia ,volvería a repetir con mucho gusto gente maravillosa y fantástica, todo genial la recomiendo, volveré seguro y la recomendare a mis conocidos y recomiendo al público....muy muy contentos con nuestra estancia aquí
