Casa Borguny is located in the center of Palma in a quiet pedestrian street of the popular fashion district: Santa Catalina and offers accommodation for 4 people. Air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout. Wood fireplace. Internet included. Smart tv. Children 6 years old of older are welcome. Unfortunatelly, we cannot acommodate babies or younger children. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 2 small terraces where breakfast or relax with a glass of wine. The house is compact and cozy. The bedrooms and the toilet are on the top floor. The area is lively and safe. There are a variety of good restaurants, terraces and bars where you can have a drink, all accessible on foot. The port of Palma is a 10-minute walk from the house. The shopping district is 5 minutes walk away.The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca, located 9 km away. There is a regular bus line that connects the airport with the city centre, with a stop not far from the house.
The ecotax in not included in the final price and will be charged at 2,2€ per adult and per night from may to october.
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

We had a lovely stay in Palma with Fincas, it was a friendly and accommodating stay. The home was well equipped and welcoming. Perfect for a family or a couple. Would love to stay again in the future.

Bellissimo mini appartamento per una vacanza all'avventura in tutta l'isola. Noi eravamo 4 amiche a condividere la casa, molto carina e accogliente, unica pecca i bagni un po' troppo piccoli, per il resto tutto ottimo 😁

Très bon appartement, et excellent rapport qualité-prix, idéal pour 3-4 personnes avec tout ce qui est équipements ( vaisselles, machine à laver, meubles... )On peut arriver à n’importe quel heure on veut, avec le système de boîte à clef avec un code.L’appartement est situé tout proche des bars/restaurants, et tout ce qui concerne les transports en commun pour bouger dans la ville.Il faut se garer un peu plus loin pour ceux qui possède une voiture, car c’est assez compliqué.Je recommande cette appartement à 100% pour ceux qui veulent visiter l’île :).

Great 'little house' on the edge of a great area (Santa Catalina - with the food market and excellent cafes and restaurants). Within walking distance of everything AND on a quiet pedestrian street.Highlights were the patio downstairs and the balcony upstairs. Pretty good kitchen too, two toilets and a comfortable living room.Vanessa was very quick with responses and sent someone around to fix something very quickly. We enjoyed it.

El sitio está muy bien. La parte de arriba donde las habitaciones es aboardillado, con dos camas fuera y un pequeño baño y una habitación bastante grande aparte con aire acondicionado. Lo recomiendo para ir con amigos.

Very good location for exploring Palma. Easy access via key safe. The shower is hot and powerful. The main bedroom is accessed off the twin. For the price in city centre though we were over all pleased and would use again for a short stay.

Muy limpio y muy buena atención. La ubicación excelente, a poca distancia del centro y cerca del animado barrio de Santa Catalina. La chimenea es ideal para las noches de frío.

Schöne Wohnung. Lage sehr gut, nur 8-10 Minuten ins wahre Zentrum.Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parkplatz etwas schwierig aber trotzdem habe i ch immer einen gefunden. Für große Leute ist das Obergeschoss durch die niederen Decken nicht geeignet.

This was such a great place. Comfortable, very clean, and safe. I loved having the key box to let ourselves in when we arrived. No pressure! A short walk to a full grocery and the bus stop. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant short holiday in Palma. Casa Borguny is situated in a quiet pediastrian road but close to the centre. It was well equiped so we had no complaints. There is also a very nice pub in the vicinity called "Vasos vacios" run by 2 italian brothers. You should have a drink there ...

I'm really satisfied with the staff working at Casa Borguny: Toni is a nice, polite and diligent guy. Despite the fact that out flight had been delated, Toni reassured us and waited for us to arrive. When we got to the house we found a selection of snacks and fresh drinks he had bought for us, we really appreciated that!The flat, even if rather small, was clean and cozy. Nevertheless, we would recommend to fix the main door handle so that it can be closed even without key. We would also suggest to leave in the house a spare set of lighter bed linen.All in all, we liked staying at Casa Borguny, the flat is in a central area: it's very easy to reach and it's near the bustling neighborhood of Santa Catalina and shop area of Jaime III street.

Por cuestiones laborales estuvimos 4 días en el alojamiento que cumplía sobradamente las expectativas, la casa estaba limpia y cuidada con muchos detalles complementarios (secador de pelo, plancha, microondas, calentador de agua, tostadora...) muy bien comunicada del centro, en una zona tranquila pero con muchos servicios hosteleros adyacentes. Es trato recibido por los agentes fue excelente, preocupados en todo momento de los pequeños detalles. Una estancia muy agradable.

Ubicación 10 en una zona de mucho ambiente , cerca del centro y restauración. Estaba limpio con todo tipo de comodidades. Toni de la agencia nos dio buenos consejos y estuvo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades.
