Gorgeous apartment located on the beach in S'Illot. Located on the promenade, with amazing uninterrupted sea views. This apartment as 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the first floor, only accesible by a fly of stairs. Tastefully decorated and with all modern conveniences. Air conditioning and heating in the living room for your comfort. Baby cot and high chair available.
Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October) and 0,55€ the rest of months.
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
S'Illot a popular area for both locals and tourists. The tourist center of S'illot has about 1,500 inhabitants. At the entrance of the village are the remains of a Talayotic village (prehistoric era), from which a center of interpretation on the Talayotic culture has been set up.
In the locality they are the beaches of Cala Moreya, of sand, and Cala Morlanda, of rock. Further south is the small cove of Ca'n Rafalino and to the north the extensive beach of Sa Coma.
There is a torrent that is saved by a road bridge, and a wooden pedestrian bridge, which connects the 2 parts of S'illot.
Next to the beautiful fishing port there is an islet that gives its name to the municipality.
From S'illot it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great scenic and ecological value.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Der Service an der Rezeption sowie die Reinigung bei der Ankunft waren ausgezeichnet.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien decorado. Es bastante amplio. La ubicacion perfecta, a un paso de las playas de Sa Coma y Sillot. En general la estancia ha sido bastante agradable.

Logement bien situé et très confortable.Un store à été ajouté sur la terrasse grande et agréable.Attention à ne pas se garer n'importe ou si vous êtes en voiture car la police veille et la parking proposé à l'entrée du village ne semble pas très entretenu ni rassurant.Sinon malheureusement avec le COVID19, peu de restaurants et activités était disponible cette année.

Excellent location, great value for money. The apartment is perfect for a family. I recommend to visit the Castle in Punta Amer. Nice walking tour.
