Gorgeous apartment located on the beach in S'Illot. Located on the promenade, with amazing sea views. This apartment as 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the second floor, only accesible by stairs. Tastefully decorated and with all modern conveniences. Air conditioning and heating in the living room. Baby cot and high chair available. S'Illot a popular area for both locals and tourists.
We invite our guests to make a responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150Kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
The tourist center of S'illot has about 1,500 inhabitants. At the entrance of the village are the remains of a Talayotic village (prehistoric era), from which a center of interpretation on the Talayotic culture has been set up.
In the locality they are the beaches of Cala Moreya, of sand, and Cala Morlanda, of rock. Further south is the small cove of Ca'n Rafalino and to the north the extensive beach of Sa Coma.
There is a torrent that is saved by a road bridge, and a wooden pedestrian bridge, which connects the 2 parts of S'illot.
Next to the beautiful fishing port there is an islet that gives its name to the municipality.
From S'illot it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great scenic and ecological value.

We stayed at Vanessa’s apt, and we only have good things to say about it. The place was super clean, the views of the ocean on the terrace where the best plan to have an aperitivo. The extra plus was that apt had access to the ocean just in front of the house and a spot where you could swim. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely repeat it.

It was easy to book and to do the check in and out of the appartment. The appartment was perfect and it was well furnish execpt for the quantity of glasses, plates, deashes etc... Regarding the price it was not cheap but nevertheless it was in a great location.

We are a family with 2 kids and we loved the stay in Sillot. It’s a small and lovely village with sand beach, also I recommend the beach of Sa Coma. The apartment and location is excellent.
