Gorgeous apartment located on the beach in S'Illot. Located on the promenade, with amazing sea views. This apartment as 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the third floor, only accesible by stairs. Tastefully decorated and with all modern conveniences. Air conditioning and heating in the living room. Baby cot and high chair available. S'Illot a popular area for both locals and tourists.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.The tourist center of S'illot has about 1,500 inhabitants. At the entrance of the village are the remains of a Talayotic village (prehistoric era), from which a center of interpretation on the Talayotic culture has been set up.
In the locality they are the beaches of Cala Moreya, of sand, and Cala Morlanda, of rock. Further south is the small cove of Ca'n Rafalino and to the north the extensive beach of Sa Coma.
There is a torrent that is saved by a road bridge, and a wooden pedestrian bridge, which connects the 2 parts of S'illot.
Next to the beautiful fishing port there is an islet that gives its name to the municipality.
From S'illot it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great scenic and ecological value.

Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober 2024 zu Gast. Die Lage der Wohnung ist MEGA - die bodentiefen Fenster zum Balkon ermöglichen jederzeit einen tollen Meerblick. Zu den Badestränden und Bushaltestellen und kommt man gut zu Fuß. Die Organisation seitens der Gastgeber und der Kontakt war super. Wir hatten noch den Wunsch nach Decken (nachts unter 20 Grad war uns zu kalt für nur im Laken schlafen) - das war innerhalb von 30 Minuten erledigt - das hat uns bei einer Ferienwohnung positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand, die Ausstattung ist ok.

We had a great stay at Vanessa's apartment.
We received a detailed guide on how to check-in days before arrival, which was very convenient. There were also some tips on what to see and eat in the email which was really nice.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. It looks totally the same as you expect when looking at photos. We recommend it ¡

Thank you Vanessa for the lovely accommodation. We had a great time on the island. The flat has all you will need, in a sunny place, (air-co), a very spacious balcony to enjoy the view in the morning and the sky and sea at night, the view was stunning. Looking forward to coming back again.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días. Buena ubicación ya que llegas a cualquier parte de la isla en buen tiempo.Buena limpieza y menaje y equipamiento completos.Por poner alguna “pega”, tener que acceder por escaleras ;) o no disponer aparcamiento privado (aunque hay un parking público y gratuito a unos 100 metros).

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The view from balcony opens into ocean. Kitchen had all the utensils and cutleries . Drinking Water bottle was provided everyday. The washroom had body wash , shampoo, lot of towels and a washing machine. The air-conditioning in the living room gave a chilling experience. Definitely worth visiting again next time. :)

Buena ubicación con vistas frente al mar ( pueblo tranquilo y familiar). Se ve el amanecer. Nevera un poco pequeña si pretendes hacer compra grande. Por lo demás lo recomiendo

Es fehlt leider ein Sonnenschirm ⛱ und die Dusche 🚿 ist etwas kaputt und sie ist undicht. Alles andere ist sehr gut!

El apartamento es moderno y bien equipado, con WIFI y Aire acondicionado. Lo mejor, las vistas al mar y a la Punta de Amer. Nos encantó el pueblo de Sillot, pequeño y con encanto (sobretodo el pequeño puerto pesquero junto al islote).
