Gorgeous apartment located on the beach in S'Illot. Located on the promenade, with amazing sea views. This apartment as 1 double bedroom and one bathroom. It is located on the third floor, only accesible by stairs. Tastefully decorated and with all modern conveniences. Air conditioning and heating in the living room for your comfort. Baby cot and high chair available. S'Illot a popular area for both locals and tourists.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
The tourist center of S'illot has about 1,500 inhabitants. At the entrance of the village are the remains of a Talayotic village (prehistoric era), from which a center of interpretation on the Talayotic culture has been set up.
In the locality they are the beaches of Cala Moreya, of sand, and Cala Morlanda, of rock. Further south is the small cove of Ca'n Rafalino and to the north the extensive beach of Sa Coma.
There is a torrent that is saved by a road bridge, and a wooden pedestrian bridge, which connects the 2 parts of S'illot.
Next to the beautiful fishing port there is an islet that gives its name to the municipality.
From S'illot it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great scenic and ecological value.

it is a really nice flat with a beautiful Terrace. The view was stunning. Everything was clean and the check-in was really easy.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick. Man muss die vielen Touristen eben mögen ;-) Aber für S'Illot wohnt man wirklich noch in der schönen Hälfte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mir gefiel, dass bei der Ausstattung etwas Wert auf Design gelegt wurde. Wo andere Wohnungen billigsten Geschirr und Besteck nutzen, kommt hier Design und Qualität zum Einsatz. Auf der Terrasse kann man herrlich sitzen. Das WLAN ist ausreichend.

The flat is lovely with a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. We loved sitting out there for hours in the morning drinking coffee and relaxing and taking in the views. Vanessa was very responsive and check in was very easy.

Se trata de un buen alojamiento, cómodo y limpio y con muy buenas vistas. Se echa en falta menaje de hogar como sábanas y toallas de recambio y bastantes utensilios de cocina. La experiencia, en general, fue positiva.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, todo genial, la chica de la limpieza muy amable y servicial. Lo mejor, la terraza con vistas al mar y la cercanía a las playas de Sa Coma y Sillot. El apartamento ideal para parejas.

Apartamento ideal para una pareja, bien equipado, aire acondicionado y lo mejor, la terraza con vistas al mar. Desde aquí pudimos hacer excursiones hacia la playa de Sillot y hacia la playa de Sa Coma. También recomendamos visitar el Castell de sa Punta de n Amer y pararse a tomar algo en el bar Es Castell.

Ich war mit meinem Partner zusammen und hatte eine tolle Zeit. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Sie haben 2 Strände, Sillot und Sa Coma, weniger als 500 Meter.
