Cozy house for 6 people next to the sea in S'Illot - Cala Morlanda. The whole house is on the ground floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, a dining room and kitchen. Air conditioning has been installed in the sitting area to improve comfort. It has a private patio with awning and outdoor furniture, perfect for a breakfast or dinner al fresco. The house is equipped with all comforts and offers bed linen and towels without extra charge, as well as crib and high chair.
The house is located at the end of Sard street, next to the maritime walk of síllot; a pedestrian promenade with a bike path, which will take you to the shops, restaurants and the beach.
The area is residential and very quiet.There is small rocky calas 50 metres from the house and a large sandy beach (S'Illot beach) is only at 200m. In the beach area there is a good selection of bars, restaurants, retails shops and supermarkets.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Buen apartamento con mucho sitio.Buena localizacion en pueblo muy pequeñito, todo local nada turisitico. Un detalle por parte de Vanessa dejarnos unos ventiladores en pleno agosto para las noches de calor! Gracias!

We had a great time at the accommodation. The location is great, right by the sea. The flat is not the most modern, but it was clean.Unfortunately, we had problems with the Wi-Fi, the oven and the drain at the beginning, but Jesus, the owner of the flat, was very helpful and was able to fix all the problems. Communication was mostly in Spanish.All in all, we can recommend the accommodation.

Nos encantó la casa, estaban las habitaciones recién reformadas y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia, en general la casa estaba muy bien tanto situada como conectada. Como puntos a tener en cuenta, la velocidad del wifi (aunque entendemos que no se pueda dar una línea de mayor velocidad a esa zona de la isla), y la cocina, que al ser un poco antigua a veces era tedioso cocinar, pero por lo demás una estancia muy agradable. Muchas gracias por todo, hemos disfrutado de la estancia.
