Sa Comare is a newly renovated house located in a quiet area of the village of Lluchmajor, 15 minutes away from the airport and 25 minutes from Palma City. The house offers a large private garden with free-standing swimming pool and a built in barbeque. Outdoor dinning table and sunloungers for your comfort. Also located in the garden, we have a toy room for our youngest guests. We do have a bab cot and high chair available on request and free of charge.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a cortesy loo. The whole unit is located on the ground floor. The house is located in a cul de sac, and is easy and free to park outside the house.
Bedding and towels are provided for all our guests. The ecotax in not included in the final price and will be charged at 2,2€ per adult and per night from may to october and 0,55€ the rest of months.
We dont accept reservations of groups of people under 23 years of age. Parties are NOT allowed at any time. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Fine sandy beaches and wonderful coves stretch along its 47 kilometers of coastline, ideal for sailing, fishing, and diving.
The mild climate (average temperatures of 27°C in summer and 14°C in winter) and easy access to the entire area make the Llucmajor coast the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family-friendly.
Along the Llucmajor coast, you can enjoy the wonderful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran, and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach, and the defensive towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Traveling along the Cap Blanc road towards the lighthouse, we pass by the S'Aguila Shelter, with spectacular views of the cliffs.
Among the attractions of the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating back to the 13th century. Also worth a visit is the weekly Llucmajor market (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local produce and crafts.
As for gastronomy, in Llucmajor you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean dishes, with specialties such as ensaimada and tumbet.
In short, Llucmajor is an ideal tourist destination for those looking for a peaceful and picturesque place to enjoy the natural beauty and culture of Mallorca.

Casa antigua mallorquina, rehabilitada para uso turístico. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días recorriendo la isla. Una bolsa de productos mallorquines como regalo de cortesía, fue una agradable sorpresa. Gracias¡

Casa amplia, cuidada, muy equipada en cuanto a electrodomésticos y menaje, entorno tranquilo, jardín muy grande con piscina para refrescarse. Aparcando en la misma puerta, muy cerca de Palma y de otros lugares turísticos de interés. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

La verdad que todo fenomenal. La casa con todos los servicios (cocina completa, cafeteras varias, varias toallas, jabon, etc.) Welcome pack interesante cuando llegas de viaje. Jardin muy chulo.

En general todo muy bien. Toni fue muy amable y nos proporcionó todo lo que necesitamos. Fácil aparcamiento y gratuito en la calle de la casa. La relación calidad-precio es buena.

We had a great stay in Llucmajor. A very quiet town and the pool was great. A very clean and spacious apartment. Many thanks. Sole point, the kitchen equipment could be amended as some material for the barbecue was missing and kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, oil etc.. :)Many thanks for this great stay!

We had a lovely week's stay at Vanessa's place. The property is a short walk from the central town where there are some good places to eat and a great playground in the square which our young daughter loved. The pool was very welcome in the hot weather. Communication with Vanessa was excellent and she was always quick to respond. Self check in was easy and it was a lovely touch to have some cold drinks and snacks there when we arrived. Thank you for an amazing stay. We would highly recommend Vanessa's place.

La casa esta genial y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de vacaciones. Cocina muy bien equipada y la piscina y la barbacoa son perfectas. Super recomendable!

First of all: really nice apartment and very clean and good looking. We had a small problem with the check in, because the E-Mail how the check in is being done and the code for the key lock ended up in my spam folder and I needed to double check.
