La Perla del Mar is a beautiful and newly refurbished apartment. Seating on a privileged location, by the beach of Cala Millor, it enjoys stunning sea views. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, both with celing fans to ensure comfort in the hottest nights.
The lovely lounge and dinning area has been nicely decorated and has air conditioning and heating. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect for families with children: baby cot and high chair available free of charge to all our guests.
The area is safe and has all services. There is a good selection of restaurants in the surroundings. There is a bus line running from/to the airport to cala millor all year round. This apartment is located on a first floor, only accesible by stairs.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Al llegar encontrar las llaves fue muy fácil. La casa estaba muy limpia y las vistas fantásticas. Tenía de todo para que la estancia fuera súper agradable. Gracias Fincas Majorica por su maravilloso trato.

Wir waren absolut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Genau so wie wir die Informationen erhielten (Standort, Schlüsselübergabe...) war es auch vor Ort. Eine sehr sauber und gepflegte Wohnung mit allem Komfort-Aussicht direkt aufs Meer, Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, Schlafzimmer hatten Deckenventilatore, Kücke voll ausgestattet, Bügeleisen... einfach alles was man braucht. Das Wasser zum Duschen war eher lauwarm, aber für diese Jahreszeit eine tolle Erfrischung;) Wenn wir Fragen hatten, bekamen wir sofort per whats app innert kürzester Zeit eine Antwort-einfach top und alles sehr empfehlenswert.

The apartment was impeccable: we loved it, and its position right by the sea. Everything was clean and looked new, and it was well laid out and comfortable (like one of those Ikea layouts that seem so perfect - but with a spectacular view!). The only, really the only thing we didn't like was the glass door to the bathroom, however effective a screen it might be.

The coffee machine is not working, unfortunately. What we liked very much is that you supply towels and basic equipment like dishwasher pads, soap and so on. Very nice that everyhting was exactly like shown on pictures. Communication was always fast and friendly. I will definitely recommend fincasmajorica to friends and family.

wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dem sehr schönen Apartment (in echt noch hübscher als auf den Photos). Aleida hat sich toll und schnell gekümmert als wir uns (am ersten Tag 😁) ausgesperrt hatten.Klare Empfehlung!

Modernes Apartment, super Ausblick, Klimaanlage & Ventilatoren sorgen für eine angenehme Temperatur auch im Sommer.Unter dem Apartment sind 2 Geschäfte & ein Restaurant. Wir haben wegen der Klimaanlage mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen, daher hatten wir gar keine Probleme mit ggf. Lärm draußen. Alles vorhanden was man zum selbst versorgen benötigt, bequeme Betten (festere Matratzen finden wir super).Balkon für 2 Personen groß genug, für 4 jedoch zu klein. Es gibt aber einen großen Esstisch der für 4 Personen ausgerichtet ist.Nichts negatives zu berichten :). Parkplätze sind um die Ecke immer vorhanden gewesen. Ach und super ist auch, dass keine Straße direkt am Apartment entlang führt, somit hat man keinen Autolärm.

Check-in process was smooth and very straightforward, the flat was clean and tidy, pictures were true to reality, an amazing view on the sea from the balcony, etc.some points that could be improved, especially for the price: - hot water: we ran out of hot water on two occasions when we showered separately - tv could be of a better quality for those chilled evenings watching a movie/series (we found it to be too small)... other than these points, everything else was pretty much on point, and i would recommend it!

Clean, beautiful appartement with an amazing view! Close to the beach and well equipped kitchen. After some communication difficulties in the beginning, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend! :)

Appartement conforme aux photos, très fonctionnel et propre : on a l’impression que tout est neuf. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la côte est et la côte nord. Les restaurants et bars sont au pied de l’immeuble : c’est sympa pour se promener le soir. La plage de cala Millor est simple mais belle, parfaite pour des enfants ! Très bon séjour, nous recommandons.
