La Perla del Mar is a beautiful and newly refurbished apartment. Seating on a privileged location, by the beach of Cala Millor, it enjoys stunning sea views. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, both with celing fans to ensure comfort in the hottest nights.
The lovely lounge and dinning area has been nicely decorated and has air conditioning and heating. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect for families with children: baby cot and high chair available free of charge to all our guests.
The area is safe and has all services. There is a good selection of restaurants in the surroundings. There is a bus line running from/to the airport to cala millor all year round. This apartment is located on a second floor, only accesible by stairs.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Absolutely perfect! We were a family with 4 persons and all was great. Great location, great view directly at the sea, bars and restaurants around, supermarkets and ATMs. We will definitely come again and we fully recommend this place! Thank you to the owners :)

Leiligheten ligger flott til langs en nydelig strandpromenade. Kort vei til stranden. Veldig rolig og fint området. Rent og komfortabelt. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung liegt auch in einer ruhigen Lage. Nachts kann man somit auch gut schlafen. Um einzukaufen sind verschiedene Supermärkte wie der Aldi und Eroski in der Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen.

This App. is excellent located with direct view on the sea. It has all comfort, was clean and has all equipment to provide yourself. We felt comfortable all the time. We really can recommend this App. for a couple or even 2 as sleeping rooms are seperated by the kitchen. Thanks for hosting us.

La verdad, hemos estado genial. El sitio magnífico, la casa con todo detalle, las vistas son insuperables ya que el apartamento está en primera línea. Nos encantaría volver.

Das Apartment ist einfach top und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Sicht vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ist ein Traum! Nachts schläft man mit Wellenrauschen ein. Für den Mietwagen gibt es überall um die Wohnung herum kostenlose Parkplätze. Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Lage also wirklich top und sehr ruhig! Check-In/-Out problemlos und kontaktlos. In Corona-Zeiten vorbildlich. Kommunikation verlief über einen separaten Kontakt, der einem mit der Buchung übermittelt wird - auch hier schnelle Antwortzeiten und höflicher Umgang. Gerne wieder!

Perfect place in a beautiful location right by the water! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was amazing! Check in was super easy and Vanessa responded very quickly. There were two beach umbrellas to use! The beds were a little to hard for my taste but other than that, everything was perfect!!

Very nice apartment directly at the ocean front. The beach is only a few minutes to walk. Well equipped also with/for children. Perfect balcony and nice restaurants next to the apartment. Highly recommended!
