Welcome to Apartment Rocamar, your idyllic holiday home nestled on the stunning shores of S'Illot-Cala Morlanda, on the eastern coast of Majorca, in the Balearic Islands.
This charming and recently renovated holiday apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building (with lift access); 50m2 of seamless blend of modern comfort offers not only a prime beachfront location but also mesmerizing views of the glistening Mediterranean Sea. Step onto the terrace, where deck chairs invite you to unwind amidst the gentle sea breeze, or dine al fresco; your private sanctuary by the sea.
Two cozy double bedrooms - one with a snug double bed and the other with two comfortable singles. For our littlest guests, we happily provide a complimentary baby cot and high chair free of charge, upon request.
Stay cool and comfortable in your vacation home with air conditioning (cold/warm) in the living area, while the fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.
While we don't offer private parking, free parking surrounds the area, ensuring stress-free arrivals.
Venture just beyond our doorstep to discover the pristine sands and crystalline waters of S'illot Beach, while a short drive leads you to the majestic expanse of Sa Coma Beach. For those seeking secluded serenity, family-friendly surroundings, explore the hidden gems of Cala Morlanda and Ca’n Rafalino.
This is a non-smoking residence. We kindly advise our guests that hosting parties and playing loud music is prohibited.
Please note that the ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adults staying at €2.2 per adult per night from May to October.
In the spirit of responsible tourism, we encourage mindful electricity consumption.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns durch die wunderschöne Aussicht sehr gefallen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer ebenfalls. Toni und Vanessa haben uns alle wichtigen Informationen mitgeteilt und uns bei einem Problem, wo das Türschloss geklemmt hat geholfen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr schön, da der direkte Gang zum Strand und zu Restaurants etc. gewährleistet wird. Ich freue mich über diese Erfahrung.

Estuvimos una semana con mi marido y mis hijos. La verdad es que el apartamento está muy bien, tal y como lo describen. Teníamos todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones en la playa aunque tuvimos que comprar varias cosas básicas . La zona muy tranquila, fácil de aparcar por la zona y eso que fuimos en agosto.Lo mejor, la terraza y sus vistas. Desayunar en ella y escuchar el sonido Del Mar y sentir su brisa es increíble.Realmente lo recomiendo para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos.

Excellent location and Superv view! We really enjoyed our stay next to the beach making it very convenient. It also has a lot of restaurants shops and groceries stores.

Apartamento correcto y con buena vista. Es un apartamento básico, sin lujos pero está bien situado si te gusta un poco el bullicio. Yo lo cogí por la vista que es espectacular. Muy limpio y con un detalle de bienvenida que se agradece mucho. Mi única 'queja' es la baja presión de la ducha. El trato con la inmobiliaria que lo alquila es fácil, correcto y rápido. Y tienes un contacto para cualquier incidencia. No hay trato humano directo, recoges y dejas tu las llaves en una caja con combinación en un calle muy cerca del apartamento, con lo que no hay esperas. Muy rápido. Tienes restaurantes al pie del edificio y un super mercado muy cerca, también alguna frutería y una panaderia. Por temas de Covid los restaurantes cerraban temprano, máximo a las 12h, y había bares del paseo cerrado así que no se que ruido puede haber en un verano normal. Nosotros estuvimos perfectamente. Desde S'illot tienes calas preciosas a donde ir como Cala Morlanda o Can Rafalino.
