Casa Josemar - House with pool next to the beach in Cala Romantica

Casa Josemar is a property located just 300 metres from Cala Romántica beach, a white-sand beach with crystal-clear waters in the Manacor area. The property offers free WiFi, satellite TV, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool shared with neighbours, a private barbecue area and a well-maintained private garden. All our guests have unlimited and free access to the communal pool and terraces (opening hours from 8:00 to 22:00).

This holiday home features 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and  a guest toilet. The property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms to ensure comfort during the night.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has single beds (2 metres long). On the ground floor you will find the living room with direct access to the terrace and private garden, the kitchen, and a guest toilet.We also have 1 cot available (upon request).

On the covered terrace you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture.

All our guests have unlimited and free access to the communal pool and terraces. Pool and communal areas are open from 8:00 to 22:00. This holiday home offers 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.

We provide a secure private parking space for our guests.

Reservations from groups of young people under 21 years of age are NOT accepted. Bachelor/bachelorette parties and celebrations are NOT allowed. Guests are kindly requested to make responsible use of electricity consumption. The tourist tax (ecotasa) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October) and €0.55 during the remaining months. All our properties are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in.

A few days before arrival, guests will be required to register by providing passport details.

Nearby you will find some of Mallorca’s most beautiful coves and beaches: Cala Murta, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia and Cala Varques. The famous Drach Caves are located 8 km from the house. Other nearby points of interest include Porto Cristo and its beautiful natural harbour. The Rafael Nadal Museum and Sports Centre is 10 km away.
