Na Corassina is a beautiful country house of 120 m2 located in an agricultural, privileged and very quiet environment, just 5 kilometers from the town of Llucmajor. The house has one floor, with 3 double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, one of them with a double bed, the other two have single beds. It has a bathroom with shower and is comfortably furnished, has all the comforts, including air conditioning in the living room, butane gas barbecue, WIFI, fans in the rooms, etc. The kitchen is completely equipped. It also has a terrace with views of pine forests and wild olive trees, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
Pool of 1.20 meters high, with solarium and hammocks to relax in a natural environment.
Delimiting the garden there is a fence with fruit trees and some animals, such as chickens, ducks, etc.
The country house is supplied with energy by solar panels and it is recommended to use it responsibly. In this way you avoid having to activate the electric generator.
Notice about Access to the Property
We would like to inform you that a small section of the road leading to the house is not paved. However, it is in good condition and perfectly accessible with any type of car – there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle.
Finca Corassina, is located on a cycling route and a few kilometers from Llucmajor. This town has around 35.000 habitants. We recommend visiting the monument to King Jaime III and the Church of Sant Miquel, the largest church in Mallorca after the Cathedral of Palma.
The market is held every Wednesday and Friday. It is worth visiting, as it is a lively event, with lots of different and interesting stalls: fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts, etc..
As for the nearby beaches, the gorgeous and world wide known “Es Trenc” is only 20 minutes away by car. From there you can visit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes and Cala Pi.
The property is located in a forest area, so smoking is NOT allowed in the gardens, it is not allowed to make fires, charcoal barbecues, use rockets, flares, etc., due to the high risk of fire they represent. This prohibition is given by the Balearic Government.
NO parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
Reservations of groups of people under 23 years old will NOT be accepted.
Hydrogel and cleaning products available to customers.
The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at a rate of € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

La casa és als afores de Llucmajor en una zona molt tranquil·la. És perfecte per anar a la platja i passar la tarda a la piscina.

La casa genial, ideal para personas que buscan tranquilidad, alejada de la ciudad pero bien comunicada, a unos 20 minutos de Palma (el último tramo de camino sin asfalto se podría mejorar). Los niños se lo han pasado genial en la piscina y viendo las estrellas por la noche. La casa estaba limpia y muy bien equipada, el exterior muy cuidado. El único inconveniente era tirar las basuras ya que no existen contenedores cerca y, si no conoces la zona, es un problema. La estancia, en general, muy recomendable.
