Incredible vacation home with pool located in Can Pastilla, Palma. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, large terraces, swimming pool and garage for 2 cars. It is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach on foot and 5 minutes by car from the airport. Ideal for spending family vacations! Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge, high speed Internet (fiber optic) and barbecue. baby cot and high chair. There is smoke detectors for your safety.
Very close to the house, less than 5 minutes on foot, we find Purobeach (beach club by the sea).
You can take a bus from the airport (line A2) and the journey is very short, less than 20 minutes. Palma center is also accessible by bus and the journey takes about 15 minutes.
Please, be aware that we will not accept reservations from groups under 23 years of age.
The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per person per night (adults only).
Parties or loud music are NOT allowed, especially at night. Let's respect the rest of the neighbors.

Can Pastilla is a quiet residential area, but if you are looking for nightlife options, we recommend going to Playa de Palma and Arenal, where there are bars and discos where you can enjoy live music and a festive atmosphere.
In Can Pastilla, we recommend you go to Purobeach, a fantastic beach club by the sea.

Casa súper bonita en una zona muy tranquila. Está situada cerca de todas las comodidades y playas. Tuvimos algunas cuestiones que la Agencia rápidamente resolvió. El pack de bienvenida fue un buen detalle. Sin duda, recomendamos Villa Antonio☺️

This house is wonderful. The outside area is just as it looks.... very relaxing. Rolling out the awnings adds privacy and keeps the sun off the house. The living room windows open to the outside making the space grand. Pool is refreshing. There is a light outside you can plug in and eat at dark. Everything works. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. The AC is only in the living room. All bedrooms are upstairs with ceiling fans. It was 85 during the day, 58-62 at night, we never needed any AC. Bring earplugs, planes fly over the house and start at 6am. You need the windows open to cool the bedrooms. There is parking for a car. We rented bikes and stored them in the garage. Very nice! Clothes dried in 1.5 hours on the lines outside. I liked the beds, husband though hard....so to each their own. Great location ..... can walk to a lot and bike to even more. Bike path is just down the street. Trash is a block away. I'd stay here again.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern in der Villa Antonio und es war toll. Der Pool ist sehr groß und alle hatten viel Spaß. Zum Strand sind es 1o Minuten und zum nächsten Supermarkt 15 Minuten. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

On a passé un agréable sejour, l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter des cala ou pour aller dans des beach bar. Vanessa nous a très bien accueilli et a été très souple pour l’heure d’arrivé et de départ.Je recommande
