Can Joan is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home located in Cala Santanyi, just 700m from the beach.
The house is fully equipped with all the comforts. Our guests will be able to enjoy a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a shaded terrace with a summer dining room and a beautiful garden. We have a couple of bicycles available to our guests for their use. The house is built high up, on pillars, so all the rooms are located on the first floor.
The house has air conditioning and heating to guarantee comfort throughout the year.
We can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. For larger families, we have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 extra child. Cot and high chair at no extra cost. In total, there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, both with showers. High speed internet, wifi throughout the property and satellite TV.
Cala Santanyí has a regular bus line that connects the house with the nearest beaches, so access is easy.
Pets welcome on request.
Reservations from young people under 21 years of age will not be accepted.
Please note that parties/celebrations are not allowed in the house.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und versprüht einen gewissen 70er Jahre Charme. Aber alles war sauber und funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Pool ist wunderbar, so groß dass man richtig schwimmen kann, das Wasser glasklar. Toll ist auch, dass das Haus auf Säulen steht und man darunter viel Platz und Schatten hat. Auch geht hier meist ein angenehmer Wind, so dass wir die Hitze gut aushalten konnten. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Insgesamt eine schöne empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Es hat alles super geklappt, sehr schön war das Willkommenspaket! Ein tolles Haus unweit vom Strand, wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great time at Can Joan! The house and the pool area are truly beautiful. Everything was super clean, including the fridge. We were welcomed with a nice gift and the wifi worked perfectly fine. The car could be parked inside the property. Unfortunately the dish washer did not clean the dishes very well but that is the only thing we had to criticize. We would always come back and are already thinking about a second visit to this great apartment this year!
