Villa Portol - House with swimming pool en Portol

The main level consists of a spacious and beautifully decorated living room with a generous dining table. Fantastic windows allow you to enjoy the wonderful views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pantry. On this level we find: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, 1 double bedroom (two single beds) and 1 bathroom.

The ground floor has two large bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a dressing room, 2 beds and a sofa bed (for up to 2 extra people) and a bathroom. This floor has its own independent access from the upper floor. There is a fireplace, central heating and air conditioning throughout the property, so comfort is guaranteed at any time of the year. For our youngest guests, we have at your disposal 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

The good-sized lush Mediterranean garden offers enough space for recreation and relaxation. Wonderful private pool, with great views of the bay of Palma. Gas barbecue and also wood grill, outdoor dining room. The terrace area also has hammocks and loungers.

The house has been tastefully decorated following the traditional Mallorcan style with a modern touch. It is a house full of light where you will feel comfortable and relaxed once you enter. Although there are no parking problems in the area, you can park your vehicle safely in the parking area located at the entrance of the house.

The house is located in a very quiet area in a small town just 15 minutes from Palma, making it ideal for families or people looking for tranquility. We ask guests to be respectful of the environment and neighbors and refrain from parties or excessive noise, especially during off-hours.
