Villa Son Perxa is a fantastic villa with a private pool, accommodating up to 12 adults. It is located in a privileged rural setting near Petra in Mallorca. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating (via air ducts) throughout the property. The house is wheelchair accessible.
Outside, you’ll find well-maintained gardens and a spacious, sunny terrace complete with a covered built-in barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and a beautiful swimming pool. Lovely sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool. The pool is ideal for all ages, featuring a connected and secure shallow area that is perfect for small children.
The house is a traditional Mallorcan construction, decorated in great detail in a classic Mallorcan style.
Inside, a charming entrance hall welcomes you and leads to the main living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. A separate dining room connects to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes modern appliances.
On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also includes a private sitting area. It is wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom is fitted with grab bars in the shower and next to the toilet.
The staircase features beautifully handcrafted wooden railings. On the first floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more double bedrooms. These two share a bathroom and are located close to each other, making them ideal for parents with young children or families traveling with a nanny.
The property includes free access to a tennis court, located just a 5-minute walk away. This tennis court is shared with a few other properties in the area, so you’ll need to book a time slot in advance to secure your game. In the surrounding fields, there is also a fenced area with donkeys—known to be very friendly and perfect for a family visit and petting session.
A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Please note that smoking inside the house is not allowed, and parties or loud music are strictly prohibited.
The eco-tax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the year.
