Villa Son Capellet is a fantastic villa with a private pool that can accommodate 10 adults. It is located in a privileged rural environment near Petra in Mallorca. The Villa has air conditioning and heating (through air ducts) throughout. The house is wheelchair accessible.
Outside, well-kept gardens and a large, sunny terrace complete with a covered barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a beautiful pool. Beautiful hammocks and umbrellas surround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages as it has a linked and safe children's area, which is very shallow, perfect for small children.
The house is a traditional Mallorcan construction. It has been decorated with great detail in the traditional Mallorcan style.
Inside, a beautiful hall welcomes you and takes you to the main living room, with comfortable sofas and some armchairs. A separate dining room gives access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances.
On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Beautifully handcrafted wooden railings on the stairs. On the first floor, we find 4 large double bedrooms, with their own en-suite bathrooms.
The property has free access to a tennis court, which is located within walking distance, just a 5-minute walk away. This tennis court is shared with a few other properties in the area, so you must reserve a time to secure your playing time. In the surrounding fields, there is also a fence with donkeys, we wish them to be very friendly and will enjoy a family visit to have a pet.

Please note that smoking is NOT allowed inside the house and parties and loud music are not allowed.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
