Casa Bon Nadal - House with jacuzzi and pool in Llucmajor

Beautiful country house on the outskirts of Llucmajor perfect for families. It has terraces with an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi with the option for hot or cold water. It consists of 3 double rooms, each with its own television. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a hydro-massage bathtub. There is a parking area that can hold a maximum of 3 cars. The sofa is reclining. In the living room, there is a loft area that has an additional sitting area which can be accessed by a trapdoor/folding ladder; you can use it at your own risk. We recommend keeping the trapdoor of the ladder closed as you will find it upon arrival.

Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Fine sandy beaches and wonderful coves merge along its 47 kilometers of coastline, ideal for practicing sailing, fishing, or diving.

The mild climate (average temperatures of 27º C in summer and 14º C in winter) and the easy access to the entire area make the coast of Llucmajor the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family tourism. Along the coast of Llucmajor, you can enjoy the wonderful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran, and at the end of Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, the beach of Cala Pi, and the defense towers of Cala Pi and S’Estalella. Traveling along Cap Blanc road towards the lighthouse, we pass by the Refuge of S’Aguila, with spectacular views of the cliff. Among the points of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating back to the 13th century. It is also worth visiting the weekly market in Llucmajor (Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays in the morning), where you can enjoy local products and crafts. As for gastronomy, in Llucmajor you will be able to enjoy delicious dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, with specialties such as ensaimada and tumbet. In summary, Llucmajor is an ideal tourist destination for those looking for a quiet and picturesque place to enjoy the natural beauty and culture of Mallorca.

Remember that the tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay, it is €2.2 per night and adult in high season from 1/05 to 31/10. And in low season it is €0.55 per night and adult from 1/11 to 30/04.

Parties are not permitted and stays of adults under 21 years old are also not allowed. Minors must always be accompanied by adults.
