The Old Fisherman - House in Cala Figuera with views to the port

Two-storey house with separate floors. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a full bathroom and one bedroom. There is only one air conditioner, located in the living room. The upper floor is accessed from the outside and includes three bedrooms and another full bathroom, with a single air conditioner in the hallway. The house is located in the port of Cala Figuera, right on the seafront. It has a terrace and private parking for one vehicle.

Cala Figuera is known for its natural Y-shaped harbor, formed by the arms Caló d’en Busques and Caló d’en Boira. This design creates a natural shelter for boats, protected by cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation. The port retains its fishing essence, with traditional 'llaüts' and trawlers still operating in the area. The fishermen’s houses, many with direct access to the water, preserve their original architecture, offering a unique and serene landscape.

Around the harbor, there are several restaurants offering Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on fresh seafood and fish. Places like Restaurante Bon Bar and Pizzería Es Port are popular among both visitors and locals for their quality and sea views.

Although Cala Figuera doesn’t have its own beach, nearby coves such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Mondragó, and S’Amarador are perfect for enjoying the sea and sun. These beaches offer crystal-clear waters and protected natural environments, ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night in high season and €0.55 per adult per night in low season. Children under 16 are exempt.

A few days before arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
