It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Movistar Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning in the living room and in one of the main bedrooms, fans, a washing machine, dryer, and a gas kitchen with Italian and American coffee makers, oven, microwave, and kettle. The living-dining room has a Smart TV and direct access to the outdoors, where the highlight is a large private pool measuring 12 x 5 meters with varying depths, surrounded by six sun loungers and a gas barbecue area, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. The villa also features solar panels and free outdoor parking, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation by the sea and the peaceful atmosphere of the Mallorcan coast.

The outdoor areas of this charming coastal home are designed for relaxation. The spacious chlorine pool, 12 x 5 meters and 1.4 to 2.2 meters deep, is perfect for a refreshing swim after sunbathing on one of the six loungers or spending a day at the beach. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience. Next to the pool, a furnished area with a table and chairs is ideal for breakfast or for enjoying meals prepared on the gas barbecue. As night falls, the glazed terrace becomes the perfect spot to share pleasant moments in a comfortable and sheltered atmosphere.

From this terrace, guests can directly access the interior, where the fully equipped gas kitchen with oven, dining table, and all essentials awaits for preparing home-cooked meals. The cozy, air-conditioned living-dining room is the perfect place to relax watching TV or enjoying conversations. The house offers three double bedrooms with wardrobes and fans; one of them also has air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the rest of the house. For families with babies, a cot and highchair are available. The laundry area, with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, is located on the terrace.

Badia Blava is a peaceful coastal residential area, ideal for combining relaxation with the sea. The nearest sandy beach is S’Arenal, while the dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear waters of the bay are only a short walk away. Cala Blava, a small and beautiful cove nearby, is also well worth a visit. From this location, you have easy access to the entire Bay of Palma, with endless services, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops both locally and in the city.

The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per person per night (adults only).
