Spectacular villa with uninterrupted sea views. It is located on the cliffs of Cala Pi, with an area of 300 m2, 400 m2 of garden and a 12x4,5m pool. The house has all the comforts, such as hot/cold air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, high speed WIFI, covered parking spaces. All rooms in the house are spacious and very bright.
This fantastic villa has 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have sea views, as well as blackout curtains that guarantee the most absolute privacy. The master bedroom has its own private living room, completed with a piano and has large windows that fill it with light and allow you to enjoy the relaxing views. We have a baby cot, high chair and baby hammock for the confort of our youngest guests.
The kitchen is spacious and bright and communicates with the laundry and pantry area. On the covered terrace we find the summer dining room. Next to the pool there are sunbeds and outdoor armchairs.
The beach of Cala Pi, located just 500 meters from the villa, is considered by many to be the perfect beach, protected between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters. The access to the beach is comfortable and is done by a stairway accessible to all ages.
As for the complementary offer, there are restaurants and bars within walking distance, highlighting the restaurant El Mirador de Cala Pi, the restaurant Miguel and the restaurant Mirador de Cabrera. In the urban center of Cala Pi you can find pharmacy, supermarkets and shops.
The nearest golf courses are the Golf Son Antem (18 kms) and the Golf Maioris (20 kms).
The airport is 30 km away and the capital, Palma, 40 km away.
We will not accept reservations of groups under the age of 23. NO parties or loud music is allowed.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Wir waren im Mai 2025 fast einen ganzen Monat in dieser Villa und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. Der einzige negative Aspekt war (aber dafür kann das Haus nichts):Es muss alles mit dem Auto erledigt werden. In Gehweite gibt es keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants.

Wir waren 7 Personen und haben diese wundervolle Finca gemietet. Dieses Haus ist der absolute Hammer, wir haben sie geliebt. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich gross, haben aber alle ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Pool ist klasse und der Blick auf das Meer unbeschreiblich schön. Wir werden die Villa auf jeden Fall qeiter empfehlen. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, es gibt im Ort selber ein paar Restaurants. Man muss allerdings gute 20 Min. zu Fuss gehen. Ein, zwei Mietwagen sollte man haben. Kleiner Tipp, man bekommt kein Deutsches Fernsehen, vielleicht ein Stick (Magenta) mitbringen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!!!

Wir waren mit 8 Kollegen da und haben die Villa zum arbeiten und Freizeit genutzt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und die Austattung ist spitze. Die Lage ist auch super, weil es nicht all zu weit weg ist vom Geschehen und dennoch sehr schön gelegen in der Nachbarschaft und mit Zugang zur Bucht in 3-4 Minuten. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen! Am W-Lan könnte man noch was machen, so dass es für Menschen die Online arbeiten noch angenehmer ist.
