Can Rabis is a fantastic Finca located a short distance from Ullaró (Campanet), a small and picturesque town 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the north coast of the island, such as Formentor, Playa de Muro, Alcudia, etc. .
The Finca sits on a plot of about 7,000 square meters, where you will find the privacy you desire. You will enjoy the entire property exclusively. Next to the house there is a swimming pool and solarium area, surrounding the house you will find pleasant and large porches that produce pleasant shade. A gas barbecue and summer dining area, an outdoor seating area, a basketball hoop and a foosball table complete the outdoor amenities.
Inside, there is air conditioning and central heating in all rooms of the house, there are also 2 fireplaces, one in the main living room and another in the kitchen. There are a total of 4 beautiful double rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The rooms are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a private terrace, with wonderful, unobstructed views of the Mallorcan countryside.

Large living room with fireplace and a large kitchen with a perfect breakfast nook. The entire property is completely fenced, making it safe for children to play on the grounds. In addition, around the pool there is also a safety barrier for small children. This property is perfect for families with children and in general for all those who want to spend a relaxed vacation.
Notice about Access to the Property
We would like to inform you that a small section of the road leading to the house is not paved. However, it is in good condition and perfectly accessible with any type of car – there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle.
High speed internet throughout the house. 2 vehicles can be comfortably parked on the property.
Please note that we will not accept reservations from your groups of people under 21 years of age.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
House rules:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Parties are not allowed.
Although the property is in the countryside, there are neighbors nearby. Avoid loud music outdoors, especially at night.

Magnifique villa à environ 30 min de Palma, la piscine, l’espace, les salons extérieur, le barbecue, le panier de basket-ball, la climatisation dans les chambres, le calme autour de la résidence,… tout était incroyable ! Encore un grand merci pour ce logement en espérant revenir très vite !
