Beautiful apartment located in a closed complex with communal swimming pools and gardens. The Dream Mallorca Dorada apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 3 single beds), 2 full bathrooms, high-speed WIFI, air conditioning (cold and heat) in all rooms, terrace, fully furnished kitchen and living room, and parking space.
The 105m2 apartment is located in an international complex and has a balcony with views of the gardens and pools. During the summer, a bar and restaurant operate within the complex (Residencia Cala Dorada).
The house is located in a residential area of Cala d'Or, without noise, but with all services. You can enjoy hotel comfort with the conveniences of an apartment. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, service room with beach items, games, towels and sheets, and bicycles available. In the area, there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops, ATMs and attractions for all ages.
A few metres away are small coves such as Cala Egos, Calo D'Es Pou es Fortí, Cala Llonga and Caló de Ses Dones, and in Cala D'Or white sand beaches and turquoise waters such as Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena.
Less than 10 kms away is the Mondragó Natural Park, one of Mallorca's great natural jewels, with a great diversity of small coves, cliffs and sea caves. An ideal place to relax, practice sports, take walks and enjoy nature.
The Cala d'Or marina is a highlight of entertainment, full of restaurants, bars and shops.
