It consists of 30m2 and a terrace of 16m2, the double bedroom area with 2 single beds is integrated into the living room. A/C (cold/heat), fully equipped kitchen, built-in wardrobes, TV, free WIFI with Movistar, hairdryer. We have a cot and high chair available upon request.
Smoking and parties are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
There is no lift in the building. Free parking 100m away.
Passports will be requested a few days before arrival.
The port of Colonia de San Jordi and the beach are at the end of the street, less than 2 minutes on foot.
Nearby beaches: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Mondragó National Park
