Book your apartment in S'Illot, Mallorca.
Rocamar is a charming and newly renovated holiday apartment. It is located on the S'Illot-Cala Morlanda beach and enjoys impressive sea views.
The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, so you can sit and relax or enjoy your meals whilst feeling the sea breeze and with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The holiday apartment has 2 double bedrooms: one has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds.
There is A/C (cooling and heating) in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped.
We offer a cot and a high chair free of charge.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building with a lift.
We do not have a private parking space, but it is free and easy to park in the surrounding area.
The area around the apartment is family-friendly and safe.
Reservations will NOT be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years of age.
Parties and/or stag/hen do celebrations are NOT permitted.
We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival at the property (€2.20 per adult per night from May to October).
Days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
Just outside the apartment, you will find a beautiful fine sand beach with clear water, S'Illot beach, and a few kilometres away the beautiful Sa Coma beach. Further south there are some small coves, less crowded: Cala Morlanda and Ca'n Rafalino.
The S'Illot resort has around 1,500 inhabitants. In the town you can find the remains of a talayotic village (from prehistoric times), from which a centre for the interpretation of talayotic culture has been created.
Next to the beautiful fishing port there is a small island (illot) which gives its name to the municipality.
From Sillot it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great landscape and ecological value.
