Inside the house, there is a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a toilet. On the upper floor, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also an open area that cannot be used as a third double bedroom. Please note that this third bedroom offers privacy from the other upstairs bedroom, but does not have a door. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans to ensure comfort. Access to the beach is located just in front of the complex's door.
The leasing of this property is governed by Law 12/2023 on Urban Leases. Seasonal rental in accordance with the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Minimum stay of 31 nights.
