Beautiful apartment located on the beachfront in S'Illot. Situated on the seafront promenade, with stunning uninterrupted sea views. This apartment has 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the first floor, which is accessed via a flight of stairs. Tastefully decorated and with all modern amenities. Air conditioning and heating in the living area for your comfort. Cot and high chair available.
Reservations will NOT be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years of age. Stag dos and/or celebrations are NOT permitted. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October) and €1.65 for the rest of the months.
Days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
S'Illot is a popular area for both locals and tourists. The S'Illot resort has approximately 1,500 inhabitants. At the entrance to the town are the remains of a talayotic settlement (prehistoric era), from which an interpretation centre on talayotic culture has been established.
In the locality you will find the beaches of Cala Moreya, sandy, and Cala Morlanda, rocky. Further south is the small cove of Ca'n Rafalino and to the north the extensive beach of Sa Coma.
There is a stream that is crossed by a road bridge, and a wooden pedestrian bridge, which connects the 2 parts of S'Illot.
Next to the charming fishing port there is an islet that gives its name to the municipality.
From S'Illot it is recommended to visit Sa Punta de n'Amer Castle, located in a protected natural area of great landscape and ecological value.
