Beautiful apartment located on the beachfront in S'Illot. Situated on the seafront promenade, with stunning uninterrupted sea views. This apartment has 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the first floor, which is accessed via a flight of stairs. Tastefully decorated and with all modern amenities. Air conditioning and heating in the living room for your comfort. High-speed Internet access. Cot and high chair available.
Bookings will NOT be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years of age. Stag and/or hen parties are NOT permitted. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the months. A few days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
S'Illot is a popular area for both locals and tourists. The S'Illot resort has around 1,500 inhabitants. At the entrance to the town are the remains of a talayotic settlement (prehistoric era), from which an interpretation centre on talayotic culture has been established.
In the locality you will find the beaches of Cala Moreya, sandy, and Cala Morlanda, rocky. Further south is the small cove of Ca'n Rafalino and to the north the extensive beach of Sa Coma.
There is a stream that is crossed by a road bridge, and a wooden pedestrian bridge, which connects the 2 parts of S'Illot.
Next to the charming fishing port is an islet that gives its name to the municipality.
From S'Illot it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great landscape and ecological value.

hemos echado en falta ventiladores en las habitaciones, las tres daban a patios y escasa ventilación, conciliar el sueño se complicaba y más con el bebé. otra cosa que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, solicitáis que tiremos la basura pero crsee more
hemos echado en falta ventiladores en las habitaciones, las tres daban a patios y escasa ventilación, conciliar el sueño se complicaba y más con el bebé. otra cosa que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, solicitáis que tiremos la basura pero creemos que lo suyo sería que tuviéramos bolsas para hacerlo. en este caso en check out nos daba igual porque nos teníamos que ir pronto del apartamento pero es cierto que solemos ir a airbnb y nunca hemos tenido que hacer el check out tan pronto. también comentar que en las fotos del apartamento aparece terraza con sofás y esa era la de al lado. por el resto todo bien !!
