Consists of 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 full bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor..., living-dining room, butane gas kitchen, A/C in the living room and 1 bedroom on the first floor, heating, TV, terrace and private garden, 1 raised swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor tables, parking space, bicycles available for guests.

    It consists of 150m2 of surface area and a terrace and outdoor area of 200m2. Outside, it has a spacious porch and a beautiful and well-maintained garden that enjoys privacy. The 3 bedrooms are distributed as follows:

    On the ground floor: 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds; 1 separate bathroom.

    On the first floor: 1 room with a double bed; 1 en-suite bathroom.

    The house is located in a residential area of Sa Rápita, without noise, but with all services. In the area there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. The Nautical Club is a few minutes away and next to it, a wonderful white sand beach with turquoise waters. A short distance away is the extensive and beautiful beach of Es Trenc, a paradise for nature and relaxation lovers.

    The leasing of this dwelling is governed by Law 12/2023 on Urban Leases.
