It consists of 50m2 and a balcony overlooking the street, 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, bright living room with A/C, fully equipped kitchen, fitted wardrobes, TV, free WIFI with Movistar, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, iron, hair dryer, washing machine.
Free parking area 100 metres away.
Parties are NOT permitted. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid at the rate of €2.2 per adult per night from May to October. A few days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports and pay the eco-tax.
A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge, upon request.

diese wohnung liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer nähe des strandes in colonia de sant jordi. diverse restaurants und geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer nähe. obwohl die ausstattung recht einfach ist fehlt es an nichts. die einzelnen see more
diese wohnung liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer nähe des strandes in colonia de sant jordi. diverse restaurants und geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer nähe. obwohl die ausstattung recht einfach ist fehlt es an nichts. die einzelnen räume sowie der balkon sind ausreichend groß und insgesamt in gutem zustand. einzig im bad gibt es ein wenig renovierungsbedarf. bei der übernahme der wohnung war alles top sauber gereinigt. die buchung, sowie die gesamte abwicklung (zahlung, registrierung, check in/out usw.) funktionierte über ein onlineportal des vermieters einwandfrei und einfach. sehr zu empfehlen.

die wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, besonders die küche. auf meine anregung hin wurde sofort reagiert und ein kleiner mangel behoben, vielen dank 🙂. ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
