La Perla del Mar is a beautiful and recently renovated apartment. With a privileged location, on Cala Millor beach, it enjoys stunning sea views. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, both with ceiling fans to ensure comfort on the hottest nights.
The charming living room and dining room are well decorated and have air conditioning and heating. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect for families with children: cot and high chair available free of charge for all our guests.
The area is safe and has all services. There is a good selection of restaurants in the surrounding area. There is a bus line that goes from/to the airport to Cala Millor throughout the year. This apartment is located on the first floor, only accessible by stairs.
The eco-tax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October) and at €0.55 for the rest of the year.
A few days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

The property is located in Cala Bona, in a beautiful and well-maintained gated community with a communal swimming pool.
The apartment is located on the second floor. It is a two-bedroom apartment (one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds). It includes: two full bathrooms, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace with outdoor furniture. Cot and high chair available for our guests. We also have 4 hammocks and 2 umbrellas for private use by our guests, located in the pool area.
It has air conditioning (cold/heat), both in the living room and in the bedrooms. WIFI of 20 MB and a smart television.
Please note that the eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adults staying at 2.2€ per adult per night from May to October.

Cala Bona is a small maritime enclave in the municipality of Son Servera, characterised by its traditional fishing port and the calm and peaceful atmosphere that can be felt on the terraces of its bars and restaurants. In the past, it was a collection of fishermen's houses with its small port.
Located south of Port Verd and north of Cala Millor, it is connected to both centres by a very pleasant pedestrian seafront promenade. It also has supermarkets, shops, taxi service, public bus, tourist information office, etc.
In the small harbour, one can contemplate the typical fishing boats of Mallorca: the llaüts, made of wood and about 3 to 5 m long.
The main beach of Cala Bona has been certified by AENOR with the Universal Accessibility Standard UNE 170001.
