Description
Finca La Siesta is a villa with a swimming pool located 150 metres from the beach in Betlem, Mallorca. It is situated in a very quiet residential area. The house offers great privacy and is perfect for spending relaxing holidays enjoying its pool and the beautiful coves in the area. It is ideal for families and has all amenities, air conditioning in the bedrooms, swimming pool, barbecue and billiards table. We provide a cot and high chair. Accommodation for up to 8 adults: 4 spacious double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms; it is well-maintained and sunny. Safe available for guests. The coves of Betlem are less than 2 minutes walking distance. They are small white sandy coves, usually not very crowded. There are good restaurants in the area.
NO group bookings for guests under 21 years old will be accepted. PARTIES and/or stag/hen do celebrations are not permitted. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electrical consumption. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at 2.2€ per adult per night (from May to October). All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in. Complimentary hand sanitiser available for our clients.
A few days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

we had a nice stay at the finca siesta. we were with 6 adults and 2 young kids. the house is 1 house (we read in some reviews it is 2 separate houses) but 2 of the 4 bedrooms are only accessable from the outside. but it is still 1 house. the garden isee more
we had a nice stay at the finca siesta. we were with 6 adults and 2 young kids. the house is 1 house (we read in some reviews it is 2 separate houses) but 2 of the 4 bedrooms are only accessable from the outside. but it is still 1 house. the garden is nice, loads of fruit trees. house overall could use some love. everything is old or poorly maintained. we had some woodwork falling off the roof and some doorknobs falling off. if you are looking for a house to spend all day relaxing by the pool i wouldnt recommend this house, pool quote far in the back of the garden. pool could also use some maintainance. floor was greenish. there are two well functioning bathrooms, washingmachine worked well, view from the upper bedroom is really nice! overall oke to stay here. the house could be better, but it was just allright.

Pasamos unos días fabulosos en la Finca La Siesta. Las playas cercanas son maravillosas. Recomendamos visitar el cercano pueblo de Artá y el Puerto de Colonia de Sant Pere. Nos gustaría volver.

la casa está en una localización excepcional si lo que buscas son buenas calas y tranquilidad. cuenta con varias estancias de exterior, piscina con equipamiento, billar, terrazas, ... con unas vistas al mar y al atardecer espectaculares. hay aire acosee more
la casa está en una localización excepcional si lo que buscas son buenas calas y tranquilidad. cuenta con varias estancias de exterior, piscina con equipamiento, billar, terrazas, ... con unas vistas al mar y al atardecer espectaculares. hay aire acondicionado en casi todas las habitaciones. al estar en una zona completamente rural, las hojas e insectos eran inevitables. pero la comunicación ha sido buena, tuvimos un problema una de las cisternas del aseo y de inmediato vinieron a repararla.lo malo, la cocina un poco pequeña e incómoda, falta de cubos de basura (cuando es obligatorio reciclar por normativa local) y los muebles y sanitarios bastante antiguos.
