Book your house in Cala Pi, Mallorca.
Ground floor for 4 people located next to the Cala Pi cliff, 100 metres from the beach, with private garden, air conditioning in the lounge, WiFi and a magnificent terrace with views. The house has an area of 95m2 and its own garden of 100m2. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The house has been recently renovated in 2019 and has all amenities: satellite TV, free Internet, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing holiday. There are excellent outdoor play areas for children in the area at a short distance. Access to the sandy beach is via comfortable steps, easy for all ages. The waters are shallow, clean and calm.
Reservations will NOT be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years of age. Parties and/or stag do celebrations are NOT permitted. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw/h consumed will be free. Excess consumption will be charged at €0.15 per kw/h. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October and €1.65 for the rest of the months). All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in. Complimentary hand gel is available to our customers.
Days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
The area is mainly residential, there are no large hotels around. It is safe and lively in summer, with several restaurants opening their terraces to enjoy a meal or a drink outdoors.
Cala Pi is a secluded beach located in a village that shares its name, 17 kilometres from Llucmajor, in the south of Mallorca. Its name "Pi" (pine tree in Spanish) comes from the trees that surround the beautiful cove. Considered by many as the perfect beach, sheltered between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters. The cove is short, with approximately 50m in length, but quite wide (140m). The cliffs on both sides of the beach make it a safe place, protected from the winds.
As a point of interest, the talayotic settlement of Capocorb, declared a National Historic-Artistic Monument in 1931, can be visited (for a fee), and is only 4km from the beach.
