The Finca sits on a plot of about 7,000 square meters, where you will find the privacy you desire. You will enjoy the entire property exclusively. Next to the house there is a swimming pool and solarium area, surrounding the house you will find pleasant and large porches that produce pleasant shade. A gas barbecue and summer dining area, an outdoor seating area, a basketball hoop and a foosball table complete the outdoor amenities.

Inside, there is air conditioning and central heating in all rooms of the house, there are also 2 fireplaces, one in the main living room and another in the kitchen. There are a total of 4 beautiful double rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The rooms are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a private terrace, with wonderful, unobstructed views of the Mallorcan countryside.

Notice about Access to the Property

We would like to inform you that a small section of the road leading to the house is not paved. However, it is in good condition and perfectly accessible with any type of car – there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle.

High speed internet throughout the house. 2 vehicles can be comfortably parked on the property.

Please note that we will not accept reservations from your groups of people under 21 years of age.

The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).


House rules:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Parties are not allowed.
Although the property is in the countryside, there are neighbors nearby. Avoid loud music outdoors, especially at night.
