The Finca is situated on a plot of approximately 7,000 square metres, where you will find the privacy you desire. You will enjoy the entire property exclusively. Next to the house there is a swimming pool and solarium area, surrounding the house you will find pleasant and spacious porches that provide pleasant shade. A gas barbecue and summer dining area, an outdoor seating area, a basketball hoop and a table football game complete the outdoor facilities.
Inside, there is air conditioning and central heating in all rooms of the house, plus there are 2 fireplaces, one in the main living room and another in the kitchen. There are a total of 4 beautiful double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a private terrace, with wonderful and clear views of the Mallorcan countryside.
Cot and high chair available free of charge for all our youngest guests.
Spacious living and dining room with fireplace and a large kitchen with a perfect breakfast bar. The entire property is fully fenced, so it is safe for children to play on the grounds. Additionally, around the swimming pool there is also a safety barrier for small children. This property is perfect for families with children and in general for all those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday.
Notice regarding access to the property
We would like to inform you that a small section of the access road to the house is not tarmacked. However, it is in good condition and is perfectly passable with any type of car, without the need for a 4x4 vehicle.
High-speed internet throughout the house. 2 vehicles can be parked comfortably on the property.
The eco-tax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the year.
Please note that we will not accept bookings from groups of people under 21 years of age.
House rules:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Parties are not allowed.
Although the property is in the countryside, there are neighbours nearby. Avoid loud music outdoors, especially in the evenings.
