The house is located on a plot of 5500 m2. The property consists of 2 single-family homes within the same plot of land. There is a good-sized swimming pool and a barbecue, both shared by the 2 houses.
Esporles is located just 12 kms from the capital Palma, 14 kms from the picturesque village of Valldemossa and 8.5 kms from the beach of Port des Canonge.
It is a small, well-maintained and peaceful village, where you can rest and which at the same time has all the necessary services: health centre, restaurants, bars, hotels, municipal swimming pool, adventure companies, etc. It is a dynamic village with a multitude of cultural and leisure proposals. In its surroundings, different sports can be practised: hiking (Dry Stone Route) and mountain paths, road and mountain bikes (MTB), canyoning or climbing, among others.
