Book your house in Sineu, Mallorca.
The property has more than 20,000m2 of land, so it is in the middle of nature, with sheep grazing daily during the winter months, fruit trees and paths where you can walk with complete peace of mind.
The house has a rustic Majorcan style, whilst also having the comforts of a modern house, well decorated and maintained. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of them with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed, it is ideal for families or couples. The lounge/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Air conditioning units (cold and heat) in the lounge and in both bedrooms, to ensure guest comfort.
In the patio you will find a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, as well as a pleasant seating area with an awning, next to the swimming pool, which is large enough to comfortably fit all guests. It comes with a ladder for easy entry and exit.
Please note that the house is located in a forested area, so it is very important that guests do not smoke or make fires outside the designated barbecue area. Between 1 May and 15 October, the Balearic authorities prohibit the use of bonfires and barbecues in forested areas, so for these months, we have an electric grill/barbecue outside.
Bookings from groups of people under 23 years of age will not be accepted.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October).
A few days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
