Description
Sa Comare is a recently renovated house located in a quiet area of the town of Llucmajor, 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the city of Palma.
The house offers a large private garden with an independent swimming pool and a brick barbecue. Outdoor dining table and sun loungers for your comfort. Also located in the garden, we have a playroom for our youngest guests. We have a cot and high chair available upon request and free of charge.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The entire unit is located on the ground floor. The house is situated on a dead-end street, and it is easy and free to park outside the house. Bed linen and towels are provided for all our guests. The eco-tax is not included in the final price and will cost 2.2 € per adult and night from May to October and 0.55 € for the rest of the months.
We do not accept group bookings for people under 23 years old. NO parties are allowed at any time. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Days before your arrival, guests will be required to register with their passports.

The area is rural and quiet, there is no vehicle noise. Outside there is a fantastic shallow rustic swimming pool and a large garden with cypress and fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig). It also has several rest areas with sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition, there is a children's play area, badminton, a billiards table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
