The area is rural and peaceful, with no vehicle noise. Outside there is a fantastic shallow rustic swimming pool and a large garden with cypress trees and fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig). It also has several rest areas with hammocks and umbrellas. There is also a children's play area, badminton, a pool table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is WIFI and satellite TV. Cot and high chair free of charge.

The pool dimensions are 1.65m in height and a surface area of 3x5 metres.

The Casa Julia estate is located in a rural and very peaceful area. An ideal place to rest and enjoy the island. Ideal for families.

The house is situated 5 kms from Llucmajor, a typical Majorcan village that is 25 kms from Palma and 15 kms from the wonderful beaches of the South (Sa Rápita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.).

RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. STAG AND/OR HEN PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw/h consumed will be free. Excess consumption will be charged at €0.22 per kw/h. All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in. Hand sanitiser complimentary and available to our clients.

Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Beaches of fine sand and wonderful coves merge along its 47 kilometres of coastline, ideal for practising sailing, fishing or diving.
Along the coast of Llucmajor you can enjoy the wonderful viewpoints at Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach and the defence towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Travelling along the Cap Blanc Road towards the Lighthouse, we pass the S'Aguila Refuge, with spectacular views of the cliff.
Among the places of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century. It is also worth visiting Llucmajor's weekly market (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local products and crafts.
As for gastronomy, in Llucmajor you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine dishes, with specialities such as ensaimada and tumbet.

The house is newly restored and situated on a rustic plot of land of a size equivalent to more than 100 football fields, all in a beautiful location in full contact with nature. On the farm there are sheep, horses and a wide variety of birds, many of which are migratory and can be seen at various times throughout the year.

The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds with ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms, 1 large living room on the ground floor and an additional living room. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost. There is a fully furnished kitchen with complete cutlery, oven and microwave; the house also has WIFI, A/C, TV, satellite and a barbecue. It is worth mentioning a museum space dedicated to the conservation of tools and objects of the oldest rural tradition of Mallorca.The house is located less than 10 minutes by car from the beautiful village of Llucmajor, whose historical center is recommended to visit: the Fish Market, the monument to King Jaime III, who died at the Battle of Llucmajor, and classic restaurants and bars as the Café Colón, restaurant Bistro Mercat and restaurant Es Caliuet.

The market is held every Friday and it is worth visiting, since the different stalls of fruits, vegetables, clothes, etc. they animate the life of the town a lot. Note the Church of Sant Miquel, the largest in Mallorca, after the Cathedral of Palma.

One of the best beaches in the world, Es Trenc, is only 20 minutes away by car. From there you can visit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes and Cala Pi.

For golf enthusiasts, 10 minutes by car we reach the fields of Son Antem and Maioris.

The airport is 18 km away and the capital, Palma, is 21 km away.

The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
