The living-dining room has a Smart TV and direct access to the outside, where the large private swimming pool of 12 x 5 metres with different depths stands out, surrounded by six sunbeds and a gas barbecue area ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The property, which also has solar panels and free outdoor parking, is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea and enjoy the tranquillity of the Mallorcan coast.

From the enclosed terrace, you can directly access the interior, where the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, oven, table with chairs and everything necessary, will allow you to prepare your best recipes. The living-dining room, cosy and air-conditioned, invites you to relax watching television or chatting in good company. The house has three bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and fans; one of them also has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Very close by is also Cala Blava, a small cove of great charm that is worth visiting. From this location, you can easily access the entire Bay of Palma, with a wide range of services, and enjoy a varied gastronomic offering, bars, supermarkets and shops both in the surroundings and in the city.

The area is rural and quiet, there is no vehicle noise. Outside there is a fantastic shallow rustic swimming pool and a large garden with cypress and fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig). It also has several rest areas with sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition, there is a children's play area, badminton, a billiards table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is WIFI and satellite TV. Cot and high chair free of charge.
The pool dimensions are 1.65m in height and a surface area of 3x5 metres.
The Casa Julia estate is located in a rural and very peaceful area. An ideal place to rest and enjoy the island. Ideal for families.
The house is located 5 km from Llucmajor, a typical Mallorcan town that is 25 km from Palma and 15 km from the wonderful beaches of the South (Sa Rápita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.).

Along Llucmajor's coast, you can enjoy wonderful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach and the defence towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Travelling along the Cap Blanc Road towards the Lighthouse, we pass by the S'Aguila Refuge, with spectacular views of the cliff.
Among the points of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century. It is also worth visiting the weekly market in Llucmajor (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday morning), where you can enjoy local products and crafts.

Nice house in the outskirts of Llucmajor with outdoor pool and jacuzzi.
Beautiful country house on the outskirts of Llucmajor perfect for families. It has terraces with an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi with the option for hot or cold water. It consists of 3 double rooms, each with its own television. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a hydro-massage bathtub. There is a parking area that can hold a maximum of 3 cars. The sofa is reclining. In the living room, there is a loft area that has an additional sitting area which can be accessed by a trapdoor/folding ladder; you can use it at your own risk. We recommend keeping the trapdoor of the ladder closed as you will find it upon arrival.
