Finca Mica is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The house is in Llucmayor, just 850 metres from the village. Situated in a privileged setting, it is surrounded by spacious rustic gardens. The total area of the property is 14,200 square metres. The land is completely fenced and is ideal for families with children.
In the garden near the house, sheltered from the sun by a porch, you will find the barbecue and summer dining areas.
The swimming pool is in a more private area of the garden. It is approximately 19m2 and is shallow (110cm deep). There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Near the pool there is a children's play area with a sandpit.
The house is spacious and bright. The lounge connects to the dining room and kitchen. It has a total of 4 double bedrooms, all with views of the gardens. 3 of the bedrooms have a double bed and 1 has 2 single beds. The property has a total of 3 full bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in 2 of the bedrooms. The house has central heating. The laundry area is at the back of the house and is accessed from outside.
There are geese in a designated area of the garden, so they will not come into contact with guests. The gardener is responsible for providing them with water and grain.
Important: the rental price includes 150kw/h per week. This amount is sufficient for your holiday and corresponds to normal use for 8 people, including reasonable air conditioning usage. Consumption exceeding 150kw/h will be charged at €0.20 per kw/h. The tourist tax is not included in the price and will cost €2.2 per adult per night.
Parties are not permitted. Please note that we will not accept bookings from groups of people under 21 years of age.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit auf der Finca. Fußläufig und mit dem Auto kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen. Der Garten ist ein Traum und in der Finca haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Kinder konnten durch das abgezäunte Gelände jede Ecke erkunden see more
Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit auf der Finca. Fußläufig und mit dem Auto kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen. Der Garten ist ein Traum und in der Finca haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Kinder konnten durch das abgezäunte Gelände jede Ecke erkunden und haben die Katzen geliebt. Wir habe je nach Tageszeit und Wetter alle Essplätze ausprobiert, frischen Fisch gegrillt und uns sogar in den recht frischen Pool getraut. Die Kommunikation lief super unkompliziert und freundlich. Reisen sonst gern immer wieder an neue Orte, aber kann mir wirklich gut vorstellen die Finca nochmal zu besuchen. Die Tipps auf der ganzen Insel haben wir sehr gerne wahrgenommen. Vielen vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Book your house in Llucmajor, Mallorca.
The house is very well decorated with antique furniture and has been renovated throughout. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. From the dining room you will have access to a shaded outdoor living area and the swimming pool. It is a deep swimming pool, measuring 3 by 3 metres, with a deep end. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the rooms has direct access to a sunny terrace with sun loungers. This house has been equipped with all modern amenities. It also offers satellite TV and WIFI. The house is perfectly equipped for families with babies and children. It includes a cot and high chair free of charge.
The house is located across the street from the Church of San Miguel and also just a few steps from the pedestrian street and the square. There is no private parking, but it is easy to park on the street outside the house. The area is safe and only residents' cars pass through the street. Please note that parking outside the house is metered (Monday to Saturday from 09:30 to 20:00) and it is free to park outside of these hours. The metered area ends at the end of the street, so parking around the corner is free 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The tourist tax will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night.
Days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Beaches with fine sand and wonderful coves stretch along its 47 kilometres of coastline, ideal for practising sailing, fishing or diving.
The mild climate (average temperatures of 27º C in summer and 14º C in winter) and easy access to the entire area make Llucmajor's coast the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family tourism.
Along the coast of Llucmajor you can enjoy the wonderful viewpoints at Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach and the defence towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Travelling along the Cap Blanc Road towards the Lighthouse, we pass the S'Aguila Refuge, with spectacular views of the cliff.
Among the places of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century. It is also worth visiting Llucmajor's weekly market (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local products and crafts.
As for gastronomy, in Llucmajor you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine dishes, with specialities such as ensaimada and tumbet.
In summary, Llucmajor is an ideal tourist destination for those seeking a quiet and picturesque place to enjoy the natural beauty and culture of Mallorca.
