Fantastic property with accommodation for 6 people, 250 m2 of built area and more than 70,000 m2 of rustic land. Private swimming pool of 7x4 m. The house has been recently restored and is situated on a rustic plot equivalent in size to more than 100 football fields, all in a beautiful location in full contact with nature. On the farm there are sheep, horses and a wide variety of birds, many of them migratory which can be observed on different occasions throughout the year.
The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds with ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms, 1 large living room on the ground floor and an additional living room. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost. It has a fully furnished kitchen with complete cutlery, oven and microwave; The house also has WIFI, A/C, TV, satellite and a barbecue. It is worth mentioning a museum space dedicated to the preservation of tools and objects from the oldest rural tradition of Mallorca.
The house is less than 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful town of Llucmajor, whose historic centre is recommended to visit: the fish market, the monument to King James III, who died in the Battle of Llucmajor, and classic restaurants and bars such as El Café Colón, Bar España and Restaurant Es Caliuet. The market is held every Friday and is recommended to visit, as the different stalls of fruit, vegetables, clothing, etc. liven up the life of the town very much. Note the Church of Sant Miquel, the largest in Mallorca after Palma Cathedral.

The eco-tax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the year.

One of the best beaches in the world, Es Trenc, is just 20 minutes' drive away. From there you can visit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi and Ses Covetes. For golf lovers, a 10-minute drive takes us to the Son Antem and Maioris courses. Travelling along the Cap Blanc Road towards the Lighthouse, we pass the Refugi de S'Aguila, with spectacular cliff views. The airport is 18 km away and the capital, Palma, is 21 km away.
Among the places of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century. It is also worth visiting Llucmajor's weekly market (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local products and crafts. The area is rural and peaceful, with no vehicle noise. Outside there is a fantastic shallow rustic swimming pool and a large garden with cypress trees and fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig). It also has several rest areas with hammocks and umbrellas. There is also a children's play area, badminton, a pool table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is WIFI and satellite TV. Cot and high chair free of charge.
The pool dimensions are 1.65m in height and a surface area of 3x5 metres.
The Casa Julia estate is located in a rural and very peaceful area. An ideal place to rest and enjoy the island. Ideal for families.
The house is situated 5 kms from Llucmajor, a typical Majorcan village that is 25 kms from Palma and 15 kms from the wonderful beaches of the South (Sa Rápita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.).

Beautiful countryside house on the outskirts of Llucmajor perfect for families. It has terraces with an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi with the option of hot or cold water. It is composed of 3 double bedrooms which have their own television. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a hydromassage bathtub. It has a parking area where a maximum of 3 cars can fit. The sofa is reclining. In the living room there is a mezzanine where there is an additional seating area which is accessed by a trapdoor/folding ladder, you can use it at your own risk. We recommend keeping the ladder trapdoor closed as you will find it upon arrival.
