Casa Josemar is a property located just 300m from Cala Romantica beach, a white sand beach with crystal-clear waters in the Manacor area. The establishment offers free WiFi, satellite TV, shared outdoor swimming pool with neighbours, private barbecue area and a well-maintained private garden. This holiday home has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and has capacity for 3 people (plus one additional guest upon request). The property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower. In the master bedroom there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there are adult bunk beds (2m long). On the ground floor there is the living room, with direct access to the terrace and private garden, the kitchen and also a guest toilet. On the terrace with porch you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture.
All our guests have unlimited and free access to the communal swimming pool and terraces. The swimming pool and communal areas are open from 8am to 10pm. We offer one free parking space for our guests.
NO group bookings of young people under 21 years old will be accepted. Parties and/or stag/hen do celebrations are not permitted. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October).
Some of the best coves and beaches in Mallorca are very close by: Cala Murta, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia and Cala Varques. The famous Caves of Drach are 8 km from the house. Nearby places of interest include: Porto Cristo and its beautiful natural harbour. The Rafael Nadal museum and sports centre is also 10 km away.
Other advantages: Distance to airport: 60 km. Distance to Palma: 65 km Golf courses: Vall d'Or Golf 10 km away. Transport.- Taxis in Cala Mendia (3 km) and bus stop in S'Estany den Mas, next to the house. All our houses are disinfected prior to check-in. Hand sanitiser available for our guests.
