Description
Marco Polo Holiday home is a beautiful house located in a quiet residential area, a short distance from Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia (5 minutes walk), and enjoys beautiful views of the countryside. The house is part of a community of 5 houses that share the swimming pool.
The area is safe and has all services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. The house has 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. We can provide cot and high chair free of charge. Air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi (600MB). Private patio with barbecue, rest area and sun loungers. The house is part of a community of 5 houses that share the swimming pool. Excellent for families with children. Private parking space.
NO group bookings for guests under 21 years old will be accepted. PARTIES and/or stag/hen do celebrations are not permitted. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October and €0.55 for the rest of the months).
Both guest passport registration and eco-tax payment will be requested prior to arrival at the property.
