Marco Polo Holiday home is a beautiful house located in a quiet residential area, a short distance from Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia (5 minutes' walk), and enjoys beautiful countryside views. The house is part of a community of 5 houses that share the swimming pool.
The area is safe and has all services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. The house has 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. We can provide a cot and high chair free of charge. Air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi (600MB). Private patio with barbecue, relaxation area and sun loungers. The house is part of a community of 5 houses that share the swimming pool. Excellent for families with children. Private parking space.
Bookings from groups of young people under 21 years old will NOT be accepted. Parties and/or stag/hen do celebrations are NOT permitted. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October and €0.55 for the rest of the months).
Both the registration of guests' passports and the payment of the eco-tax will be requested prior to arrival at the property.

we had a lovely stay in vanessa's house. the house has everything you could possibly need. it's in a quiet neighbourhood with a communal pool (for 5 houses). it's about a 10 min walk to a beautiful little beach, but i would recommend having a car forsee more
we had a lovely stay in vanessa's house. the house has everything you could possibly need. it's in a quiet neighbourhood with a communal pool (for 5 houses). it's about a 10 min walk to a beautiful little beach, but i would recommend having a car for ease and to visit the island. vanessa was always available for any questions we had, but we hardly had any. check-in was so simple and easy. thanks again for your hospitality!

bonjour, pas d'accueil physique mais une flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée du coup, donc très bien le système de boite à clés. maison propre à l'exception de quelques cheveux dans les salles de bain.

la comunicación con vanessa ha sido muy buena desde un inicio , si bien tuvimos problemas para entrar en un primer momento , esto se solucionó . la casa en si es correcta , el jardín quizás algo más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos , pero está asee more
la comunicación con vanessa ha sido muy buena desde un inicio , si bien tuvimos problemas para entrar en un primer momento , esto se solucionó . la casa en si es correcta , el jardín quizás algo más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos , pero está al lado de cala anguila la cual está muy bien . las camas son cómodas y se agradecer el aire acondicionado en las viviendas . sin embargo para nosotros fue j. problema que le barbacoa se encontrase completamente sucia e intulizable por eso , dado que nos decantamos cien por cien por esta casa debido a que disponía de barbacoa, sino , no la habríamos cogido. por otra parte se agradecería más cubiertos ya que no tenían ni cucharas ni cucharillas.
